TOS - 2019 Applies to all networks

1. Minimum Criteria

1.1 When you decide to join the vRAM, you are required to have a valid online account with 10 hours (active account and not being suspended)

1.2 While register at vRAM, you must submit real identity with full name (nickname prohibited) and must be at least 13 years old.

1.3 When joining vRAM, you will be automatically assigned a pilot number

1.4 If you already joined as a member and your online account is suspended or deleted, the vRAM staff will re-evaluate your membership and take the most appropriate decision regarding with the suspension

1.5 If you already joined as a member and it is proven that you falsified your age, then your membership will be deleted without prior notice

1.6 Please show professionalism within the organization and when conducting Online Operations.

1.7 As English is the international language of the aviation industry, we require applicants to be able to use a reasonable level of written and spoken English.

1.8 In the case of abuse of our rules and/or the general rules of the networks, you may be suspended.

1.9 A basic knowledge of flying simulator & flying online is required. vRAM have basic training program with conjunction with VATSIM Morocco and Vatstar. Please contact us via our Support Desk.

1.10 vRAM Pilot are expected to have a minimal knowledge of English proficiency and radio communication. Please contact us via our Support Desk.

1.11 vRAM Pilot are expected to be familiar with (a broad experience & practice are an advantage) the basics of flight simulation technique (take-off, landing, basic navigation, charts/maps, NDB, VOR, routes plan, etc.).

1.12 vRAM Pilot are expected to be be familiar with (but not limited to) the basics of aviation terminology (aerodynamics, airspace, rules/air law, squawk codes, weather forecast, etc).

2. Network Activity

2.1 Pilots must follow the online network Rules & Regulation (refer to VATSIM and IVAO CC or other network you fly on) and comply with it all the time during online activity.

2.2 Pilots should show good manners and not cause conflict or arguments over the networks.

2.3 If vRAM receives report from the networks about the conduct of any pilot, he is liable to be dismissed without notice.

2.4 Beware that when you fly with vRAM online either on VATSIM network or on IVAO or any other network, you must use "RAM" as your callsign, use the same aircraft type as on the schedule. Otherwise, your PIREP may be rejected.

2.5 You must fly at least 90% of total EET online (be connected to a network), otherwise, your PIREP might be rejected.

3. Minimum Activity Expected

3.1 After registration, the new pilot must perform a flight within 14 Days.

3.2 After the first flight, the pilot must perform at least on flight within 60 Days. After that duration, the pilot is marked as INACTIVE. The pilot must contact Staff Team via our support desk to activate account again.

3.3 The Chief Executive Officer is excluded from minimum activity reguation, as the founder and the owner of the Virtual Airline.

4. PIREPs (Pilot Reports) Operations

4.1 The main objective and purpose of the vRAM is to provide virtual pilots a fun and professional environment. Complying to our operational rules is quite simple as our objective is not to have pilots racing for high ranks or huge number of flight hours.

4.2 All PIREP must be filed using vRAM SmartCARs. (MAC, XPlane users can use XACARS).

4.3 vRAM Flight Booking System will suggest available flight from your previous airport only. It means that if you flew GMMN to LFPO, the system will only show you vRAM flights departing LFPO.

4.4 Using JumpSeat service is allowed using vRAM Flight Booking System.

4.5 Our briefing system will suggest you an aircraft type. However, the registration of the airplane can be variant. - (Ex: suggested is B738 CN-ROB / You may fly B738 CN-ROL), operating any other type of airplane will be denied. This policy intends to make sure that our members are staying abreast of the timetable and being responsible with the VA activity.

4.7 If you book a flight that has already been booked by another pilot, you have responsibility to use a different callsign on online networks. For example, if you book a schedule with callsign RAM984, when online & if this callsign already use on network, you may put additional callsign RAM001 or RAM0001 or RAM0001A. ACARS will still recognize this flight.

4.8 The use of time acceleration within our VA operation is not allowed. All PIREP with time acceleration will be rejected. All forms of cheating behavior will also cause your account to be deleted without prior notice.

4.9 Pay attention that maximum landing rate allowed is -500FPM. PIREP exceeding the limitation will be rejected after 3 initial warnings.

4.10 Pay attention that maximum speed under FL100 is 250 Indicated Air Speed (IAS). You are responsible to adjust it in bad weather to avoid any overspeed, any submitted PIREP ignoring this restriction will be rejected after 3 initial warnings.

4.11 Maximum simulator pause is 10 minutes. Make sure to submit the reason in the comments field in the ACARS.

4.12 Feel free to submit your ticket using HelpDesk service to complain, PLEASE do not contact our staff using Whatsapp, Facebook, PM to complain.

5. Tours Regulations & Events

5.1 Please make sure to follow the rule above for any tour you perform. We offer a large variety of tours allowing you to enjoy different aircrafts and destinations. A great way to enjoy our VA even more.

5.2 Occasionally we can organize events (also known as group flights). The purpose is to celebrate a new destination opening and or any other celebration vRAM staff may see fit. This is a great opportunity to be together and enjoy real-life operations. We encourage you to discover these events via our social medias and be present and active.

7. Use License

Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

a.       The materials on vRAM's website are provided "as is". vRAM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Furthermore, vRAM does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

b.       We do NOT represent the real-life company Royal Air maroc. We merely try to reproduce its operations in an online virtual world for Fly simulation enthusiasts. We do not claim anything on their behalf nor do we represent them or are affiliated to them. In case you have an issue, you need to contact them directly on their website www.royalairmaroc.com .

9. Limitations

In no event shall vRAM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on vRAM's Internet site, even if vRAM or a vRAM authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on vRAM's web site can include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. RAM does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. vRAM may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. vRAM does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
